PROJECT: Design and illustrate a poster to promote an intense advertising campaign to save the African lion and their natural habitat.
CONCERNS: The design should appeal to all age groups in effort to expand their target market.
SOLUTION: Previous efforts have been aimed strictly to wildlife magazines or retirees. This proposal is appealing and appropriate for all age groups, but the primary focus will be Millenials, who are between the ages of 18 and 32. This age group will be most likely to have young children, or at the age they will be planning a family in the near future. The focus of the ad is to appeal to the viewer as an individual, but to also question what they want for their own children or generations to come.
To accomplish this task, I created an advertising illustration building imagery around the question: If we don’t save them, where will they exist?
